Con el presente auto se concede a la UAESP un término de 24 horas, para que remita esta Corporación los contratos celebrados con los actuales operadores del servicio público de aseo de Bogotá, dentro de la urgencia manifiesta declarada por la Alcaldía Mayor y, en caso de tratarse de una prórroga de aquellos contratos firmados en el año 2003, ordena remitirlos dentro del mismo plazo.

- PRIMERO. ORDENAR a la UAESP que, en el término perentorio de veinticuatro (24) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, remita a esta Corporación los contratos celebrados con los actuales operadores del servicio público de aseo de la ciudad de Bogotá dentro de la referida declaratoria de urgencia manifiesta. En caso de que se trate de una prórroga de aquellos contratos firmados en el año dos mil tres (2003) para la prestación del servicio público de aseo, la UAESP deberá remitirlos también en el mismo plazo.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General de esta Corporación, NOTIFÍQUESE y ENVÍESE copia del presente Auto a la UAESP y a la solicitante. Así como las demás notificaciones de que trata el 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
